Complicate your web site. (sigh) All good points, but I was reading articles like this about client-server systems in 1996. I guess it’s really true that the web set us back five years in usability. And I fear that by the time we almost get our act together, we will move on to some new platform (like wireless applications on those dreadful little screens).
