Advanced CSS Layouts. Great article, but I’m still on the fence about CSS. I tried it in my book, and I was extremely disappointed in the results. For the privilege of giving the finger to all my Netscape 4 readers (still about 15%), I get to deal with a dozen different CSS-rendering bugs (not the least of which is IE5’s box model problem). Please tell me why this is progress? The site is 100% readable in Lynx, and I offer a complete text-only version for download, not to mention HTML, PDF, Word, and WinHelp. How much more accessible can you get?
