ZDNet: Is Microsoft Liable? [via RRE] As usual, ZDNet’s discussion forums are woefully inadequate, so I have no idea if any of their readers have any useful comments. But the article itself is quite interesting, talking about the legal hurdles involved in finding Microsoft (or any other software vendor) liable for security problems.
