You created your customers’ licensing environments; don’t turn around and blame them if they’re too complicated.

Q: How can customers make good choices if they can’t be sure you aren’t just going to change the rules on them?
A: We are making these changes based on customer feedback to simplify our licensing programs while providing more choice. Good luck with that.
