BusinessWeek: Entertainment Execs, Fear Not the Net [via Tomalak's Realm] The real products — movies and music — aren’t broken. But the old ways of doing things die hard, and that has lead to a massive disconnect between the purveyors of these wares and their customers. An otherwise unremarkable ho-hum conventional-wisdom-ish article, except that it’s in BusinessWeek, not Slashdot. BusinessWeek. The music industry is doomed.
