Dear Mr. Pilgrim:

As you may know, — - — - Bank and Trust Company is the Executor of your Aunt’s estate. Please accept our condolences during this difficult time.

Your Aunt left you a bequest in her Will. Our normal process is to distribute bequests one month after the filing of the estate tax returns. We plan on filing in October so you should receive your distribution in November. In order to facilitate the distribution we request that you fill out the enclosed domicile care and return in the enclosed envelope.
