Much too late last night, I updated Dive Into Python to fix a few typos and restore functionality to the Windows Help version, which was inexplicably missing a table of contents, rendering it quite useless. As far as I know, the people at ActiveState are the only people in the world who care about this, since they include this version with their ActivePython distribution.
