Creating bootable CDs in OS X

BootCD is a utility for creating bootable OS X CDs using standard Apple tools (like Disk Copy). You can select which applications will show up on the Dock when the CD is booted. I’m going to go try this myself; this could be a huge boon for system administrators and support staff who need to troubleshoot broken workstations.
