The 5K contest: design the coolest web site you can in 5,120 bytes. My favorite entry from previous years is the web color visualizer, which I still use. And I gotta get me some of that retro look on the 5K.org home page. Like Mac System 1.0, I love it. There’s a guy in my OS X class this week who’s been using Macs since 1984. I mentioned Bill Atkinson and his eyes lit up in recognition. That’s some serious Mac cred.
