LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, MARK ANDREW PILGRIM, SSN xxx-xx-xxxx, presently residing in the Town of Apex, Wake County, North Carolina, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, revoking all wills and codicils heretofore made by me.

ARTICLE I

I direct that all my just debts and death-related expenses, including the cost of administration of my estate, by paid out of the assets of my estate as soon as practicable after my death.

ARTICLE II

I direct that all estate, inheritance, succession, death, or similar taxes assessed in connection with my estate herein disposed of, or any part thereof, or upon any devise or bequest contained herein or any insurance upon my life or on any property held jointly by me with another or any transfer made during my lifetime or any other interest in property included in my estate for tax purposes by paid out of my estate, without apportionment, and not charged against any recipient or beneficiary of any such property included in my estate.
