LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
MARK ANDREW PILGRIMI, MARK ANDREW PILGRIM, SSN xxx-xx-xxxx, presently residing in the Town of Apex, Wake County, North Carolina, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, revoking all wills and codicils heretofore made by me.
ARTICLE I
I direct that all my just debts and death-related expenses, including the cost of administration of my estate, by paid out of the assets of my estate as soon as practicable after my death.
ARTICLE II
I direct that all estate, inheritance, succession, death, or similar taxes assessed in connection with my estate herein disposed of, or any part thereof, or upon any devise or bequest contained herein or any insurance upon my life or on any property held jointly by me with another or any transfer made during my lifetime or any other interest in property included in my estate for tax purposes by paid out of my estate, without apportionment, and not charged against any recipient or beneficiary of any such property included in my estate.

I, MARK ANDREW PILGRIM, Testator, sign my name to this instrument this 10 day of May, 2002, and being first duly sworn, do hereby declare to the undersigned authority that I sign it willingly and as my free and voluntary act for the purposes expressed therein and that I am of sound mind and under no duress or undue influence.
