According to my own statistics, 771 readers have used identifiable news aggregators to read my site in the past few days. Keep in mind that these numbers count unique IP addresses, so multiple hits from a single computer only count once. Here’s how it breaks down:

  1. NetNewsWire is the most popular aggregator among my readers, with 45%.
  2. Radio UserLand is a close second, with 38%.
  3. Amphetadesk, Aggie, and Straw are a distant third, fourth, and fifth.

These results have been consistent over the past week, when I first noticed that NetNewsWire had taken over the #1 spot. This is particularly amazing, given that NetNewsWire only runs on Mac OS X. Way to go, Brent.
