I have finally finished redesigning my projects page. Each project now has its own home page cum. weblog. For instance, my ultra-liberal RSS parser now has a proper home page. I sifted through the last year’s worth of weblog posts to find references to various projects, and copied them over. There are still one or two small projects that I haven’t added, but it’s already a vast improvement. The page layout matches the rest of the site, and the entire thing is powered by Movable Type, truly the greatest personal publishing system in the world.
There is also a projects RSS feed, which will no doubt appeal to very few, but still. I will be announcing minor releases and changenotes and other developer goodness on the projects weblog, and only announcing new projects and major releases here.
Individual projects have their own RSS feeds, listed at the bottom of each project page. For example, if you’re interested in following developments of the ultra-liberal RSS parser, you should subscribe to the ultra-liberal RSS parser RSS feed. And each project home page supports RSS auto-discovery, because machines are people too.
