An email just arrived from M. She has agreed to my proposal of no contact until after the holidays. … After reading her email, I opened Internet Explorer and deleted the link to her website in my Favorites.
In my mail client, I maintain a hierarchy of folders, including one called Friends
, which contains subfolders for all the special people in my life. A good day is creating a new mail folder and reorganizing all the messages from someone which were previously lumped into the root level of Friends
. A bad day is moving a mail folder to Cold storage
.
