Aggregator HTTP tests updated

The aggregator HTTP tests have been updated to use Atom 0.3 for all tests. The tests have been recategorized to better match the language in RFC 2616. In an ideal world, all aggregators would support all of these tests, but many of them are not an interoperability requirement, so they got downgraded from MUST to SHOULD. I also added a digest authentication test.

Discuss on atom-syntax.
